Seth Thomas Clock Co., incomplete regulator No. 4 or 5 {not possible to tell without case trim}, includes case carcass with side lights, door, mov't, bracket, small wt and pendulum, c.1880
CONDITION:
you will need to find someone with a model 4 or 5 to copy and add the side, top and bottom trim to this case. The porcelain dial has hairlines and the dial center has been repaired at the winding hole & lacquered over, and lacquer on the center has discolored a bit. Hands are correct. Potential for the right workman / collector. Ht as shown 33"
